FX Dock Levelers
Kelley dock levelers have introduced a new level of safety and security to loading docks in thousands of warehouses and distribution centers. Kelley continues to successfully provide a new level of safety and enhanced productivity on the dock, and is the manufacturer of its best-selling “FX” series of dock levelers, which are easy-to-operate devices that take advantage of a low-pressure air-bag system for lift. This is the original “green” powered dock leveler; there is no hydraulic fluid that can be harmful to the environment.
Air Bag Dock Levelers
Air bag lifting technology was developed in the '40s, before hydraulics, when the safety industry commercialized it to raise and stabilize derailed train cars, overturned tractor-trailers — even collapsed bridges. Soon after, Kelley innovation brought this same dependable, economic lifting technology to dock levelers, eventually making the FX Dockleveler the most popular model in the industry.

Meanwhile, the new APS-2000™ is a superior, impact-style trailer restraint that was developed specifically to reduce the occurrence of certain types of accidents at the dock. The new APS-2000 combines an advanced communication system with a low-profile carriage. It also has an impact extension bar that accommodates a wide range of lower rear impact guards.
Over 90% of all trailer restraints sold are of the Kelley Star 4, Serco SL60 or APS 2000 design. At Southeastern Dock & Door you can choose from all three designs.
